Welcome to Desert Cane Distillery. Situated just a short distance from Las Vegas in downtown Pahrump, we are a small-batch, family owned and operated rum distillery. Since 2020, we have been dedicated to our craft, taking pride in each bottle we produce. Our sugar cane is locally grown in Pahrump, and many ingredients are locally sourced. This ensures that you receive the best possible product because you deserve nothing less. Our hand distilled rums are unique and crated entirely in-house. Our Agricole rum is made from sugar cane grown on our farm in Pahrump. Our tasting room provides a welcoming and social environment where you can sample our products.
